Emma is in all of us – in all of the more than 90 language experts who make up our team. Emma is the ultimate minutes secretary or assistant who goes beyond all of the usual clichés.

Going the extra mile, dotting the i’s, rolling up our sleeves and putting the client first – you name it, Emma does it. This also explains our last name: Handson. We are eager to get to work for you. We get things done.

To answer a frequently asked question: Emma Handson is not the founder of our company. While she is not a real person, she is the personification of what we all stand for.

We are proud of Emma. More precisely: we are proud of all of the Emma’s we are today. Because together, we make your day a success!

Always up to speed

All of our Emmas are highly educated. We value this, because it is important that our minutes secretaries, assistants and language experts are quick to understand what you are talking about – and translate this into actions or clear communication. That is why we consider it natural to continually invest in their knowledge, experience and professional ambitions. On one hand, we do this by training our colleagues and actively involving them in external and internal developments. On the other hand, we do this by paying conscious attention to them as individuals. We believe that job satisfaction is the fuel for the growth of our organisation.

Security & Privacy

At Emma Handson, the best possible security and absolute confidentiality are fundamental. We would be happy to tell you how we ensure that your confidential information is in safe hands with us.

Our story & beliefs

Let us go back in time. In 1993, the foundation of Emma Handson, E‑Way Out B.V., was established. It was one of the first organisations to introduce flexible, time and location friendly working. Thirteen years later, in 2016, E‑Way Out continued as Emma Handson text & secretary solutions.

A new name that better reflects the changing times, our (international) character and our services.

We are also forward‑looking, both today and tomorrow. We believe that work can be done more successfully – much more successfully. So, in addition to our focus on perfect service, we are also constantly thinking of new ways to assist and relieve our customers.

One of these innovative steps forward is our creative assistant service, a remote (or on‑site) assistant who will perfect your presentations, social media, paperwork and websites down to the last detail so you don’t have to. Because we focus on what we are good at, you have the freedom to focus on what you are good at: your core business. That makes us all happy.

Keep an eye on our news and blog section. Here we regularly share updates on the latest innovations we are working on, new ideas and general insights into the market and the workplace.

Corporate social responsibility

Emma Handson has grown tremendously in recent years, making it possible for us to do our bit for society. During the corona period, for example, we started offering homework help to children who need extra language help. We are also active as Kletsmaatje (chat buddy) through the Het Begint met Taal foundation. Further, we support the Maarten van der Wijden foundation by offering our services free of charge. We want to continue to grow as a company, especially so that we can continue to do these kinds of things. It fits perfectly within our vision: we do what we are good at and try to help others with it.
